Operator and offer

SundayCookie is operated by SundayLake, an individual entrepreneur at 7 Avenue Porte de France, 06500 Menton, France, registered under SIREN 985 265 859 and RCS Nice. The one-time offer covers one registered domain, five scans, and use of the resulting banner package on that domain, without a recurring subscription charge.

Your responsibilities

You may scan only public websites that you own or are authorized to assess. You are responsible for reviewing the findings, configuring and installing the banner correctly, keeping it appropriate for your website, and obtaining legal advice when needed. You must not misuse the service, interfere with security, access private networks or other accounts, or disrupt a website.

Scope and availability

A scan reflects only the pages and behavior observed at that time and may not find every cookie, service, script, or later change. SundayCookie does not provide legal advice or guarantee compliance with every law or situation.

We may maintain, secure, or change the online service, but will not intentionally remove a paid scan balance without providing the purchased service or an appropriate remedy.

Law and consumer rights

French law governs these terms. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live are not excluded or reduced. The refund policy describes voluntary refunds and does not limit statutory remedies.
