Controller and data processed

SundayLake, 7 Avenue Porte de France, 06500 Menton, France, is the data controller. The service processes account identifiers, email and optional name, the registered domain, purchase and scan balances, timestamps, scan status, visited public URLs, and reports containing cookie names, domains, categories, technical attributes, detected services, recommendations, and warnings.

Scan reports do not retain cookie values, complete request headers, full page HTML, or screenshots. Stripe processes payment details; SundayCookie receives transaction and purchase details, not complete card details.

Purpose and service providers

This data is used to provide and secure the contracted service, meet accounting and legal obligations, and, with consent, measure site use. Providers include Amazon Web Services, Stripe, Google for optional sign-in, and Google Analytics only after analytics consent.

Retention

Data is kept only while needed to provide the account and purchased service, protect the service, or meet accounting and legal duties. Retention varies by record; data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
