## Eligibility and legal rights

A successful scan is a completed scan that produces a report. Failed or cancelled attempts do not count. After any successful scan for the purchased domain, the purchase is no longer eligible for a voluntary refund.

This policy does not limit withdrawal, conformity, refund, or other remedies required by applicable consumer law.

## Requesting a refund

Email info@sundaycookie.com from your account address and include the registered domain and enough purchase information to identify the transaction. Never send complete card details.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. The payment provider and bank determine when the credit appears.
